Membership
Acknowledged as one of the finest courses in the South of England, we pride ourselves on being an exceptionally friendly and social club. We hold a variety of well supported social functions throughout the year to satisfy all tastes. The Club has a weekend medal and weekend stableford each month. There is also a monthly midweek medal and stableford competitions, usually played on Wednesdays. In addition, we run a series of knockout tournaments, intra-club, and inter-club matches throughout the year, involving all sections of the club. Players of all abilities are encouraged to participate in these events.
Members are not required to book a tee time. At weekends we have starting times for the various formats of play from both the 1st and 10th tees.
Members enjoy the privilege of playing 3 other local courses on a reciprocal arrangement: this enable them to play up to a maximum of 3 times a year (by prior arrangement) at Croham Hurst, Purley Downs and Shirley Park.
An opportunity for ladies wishing to take up golf and join our academy, enabling them to have 10 one-to-one lessons with our Professional, with playing rights both at weekends and during the week.

How to become a Member
We are accepting applications for all categories of membership with or without sponsorship. Lady members receive full playing rights. If you are interested in joining, please contact the office (020 8654 3061) for an application form or click here to download a copy.
Please forward the completed application form along with
- a brief letter of application including your golfing history.
- a letter from the Secretary of your last golf club and a six month playing record including your CDH lifetime number would be helpful if applicable.
On receipt of your application form we will acknowledge receipt of this and you will then be invited to attend an interview with the Membership Committee. If you are being proposed by a member then he/she will be asked to attend with you.
